Re-engineering of the Visa Self Service Portal The VisumBuro were not happy the with quality of the current portal. There are over eighty forms for the various countries that need to be regularly updated as embassies modify their requirements. This happens very often. Further, technical maintenance was also an ongoing issue. After a business requirements and architectural audit by TSEC Solutions we setup a small but very capable team and keeping the future business requirements in mind we implemented the recommendations surprisingly quickly!

Replacement of the Dutch Trade Register and Interoperability with external government agencies Perhaps our most challenging assignment to date is the replacement of the Dutch Trade Register. It is not just a replacement of the legacy but also has to adhere to the new trade register laws and the recommendations mandated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs to be one of the so called 'Governmental Base Registers' in the Netherlands. A second huge challenge is the interoperability of this registry with other governmental agencies. Pickup your visa at any ANWB shop in the Netherlands The Business case was to further improve customer service by extending the visa delivery network so that Visas ordered via the Self Service Portal, www.visumonline.nl, can easily be picked-up at any ANWB shop, as chosen by the customer, at the convenience of the customer.

Reporting Module and Customs Form Converter Customs authorities in both European and non European countries often expect reports in specific formats with varying content. In order to improve operational efficiency Locum required an automated mechanism to create and convert standard reports to country specific formats. Customs Administrators can now perform these previously time consuming and error prone tasks in seconds without error.

White label Self Service for portal integration One of the compelling business goals of the VisumBuro was to enable 3rd party travel agencies and ticket agents to provide Visa ordering facilities. This not only provides even more convenience to the traveller but also significantly extends the front office reach of the VisumBuro.
